We were delighted this morning (Friday) to be asked along to support ‘Bonnie Blantyre’ in their application to Keep Scotland Beautiful. The judges from ‘Beautiful Scotland’ came along to the June Stewart Centre in High Blantyre and saw for themselves a great display of just some of the accomplishments within the community in the last year. Great to see young people so involved too.
We took time to explain about the Gala, Festive event and 80s party and the importance of bringing the community together. Fingers crossed for the scoring!
