About the MarketImportant: The Summer Gala Market this year is once again at McAnulty (formerly Stonefield) Public Park. Stalls will be both under covered marquees meaning you won’t need to bring gazebos or rain protection although you can of course set up outside if preferred. A table is provided.

The Blantyre Community Committee Summer Gala Market is one of the largest in South Lanarkshire.

Growing in popularity, the Blantyre Gala Market offers traders an inexpensive way of reaching thousands of potential customers.

In recent years over 60 stalls have taken part offering home made arts and crafts, food, beautiful products , goods and services and a variety of charitable or entertaining stalls too. YOU are responsible for what you sell and when booking, are expected to have looked at the list of bookings and decided for yourself to take part or not.

The market days are Saturday 15th June 2019 from 11am – late night 11pm trading and Sunday 16th June 2019 from 11am – 5pm on actual gala day. You can book any one day, or both at a discount.

Set Up Time: Vendors can turn up at 9.30am or after to set up (but not before!)
Opening Times: Saturday 11am – 11pm and Sunday 11am – 5pm
Blue Badge Holders: Parking for disabled or blue badge holders will be available next to the market on the red ash park.
